Terms of Service

1. Service Hours and Communication

Our office operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AST (Atlantic Standard Time). The preferred method of communication is email, ensuring all interactions are documented and organized. Urgent communications via WhatsApp will be addressed promptly; however, we encourage email for task delegation to prevent information loss.

2. Service Rates and Billing

Virtual services start at $450 per month for up to 15 hours. In-person tasks, such as filming, branding shoots, and personal assistant duties, are billed at $56 per hour. Payments for service packages must be made upfront via bank transfer. The monthly retainer is invoiced on the 25th and due by the 5th of each month. Late payments will incur a charge of USD 55 if paid after the 5th of the month.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Services purchased are non-refundable as they reserve capacity in our schedule. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Immediate termination is applicable in cases of agreement breach.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely responses and necessary information to facilitate efficient workflow. Miscommunication or poor planning on the client’s part will not be considered an emergency for Produktivo Virtual Solutions B.V..

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All materials provided by clients remain confidential. Produktivo Virtual Solutions B.V. respects intellectual property and expects the same in return. Sharing confidential information without proper authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Produktivo Virtual Solutions B.V. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising out of or related to our services. We are not responsible for data loss or damage incurred during transit or storage. Clients are advised to maintain backups of all materials.
