How do we work virtually?
Thanks to the Internet, working virtually has never been easier. We manage your tasks, projects, and files using a project management system (PMS). Most communication takes place within this PM system, supplemented by weekly or monthly progress calls.
What are your payment terms?
Clients pay 100 percent in advance for each billing cycle. Payments are monthly pre-payments due before the 5th of each month. Our contracts typically run for a period of 6 months unless otherwise agreed upon with the client
How do you track time spent on my projects?
We use time-tracking software to ensure every task is meticulously tracked to the minute. You will have access to this data and receive a comprehensive timesheet report at the end of every month.
How quickly can you start working on my tasks?
Once you have signed the contract, we’ll provide you with a link to schedule an onboarding session. In this session, we’ll familiarize you with our PM tool and outline the tasks for the month.
Does your team stay up-to-date with the latest business updates?
Yes, our team continuously monitors the latest business trends and updates. We regularly train on the latest tools and strategies to enhance our efficiency and keep our services top-notch.
Will my brand’s shared information be confidential, secure, and safe?
Absolutely. We use secure methods like 1Password for sharing sensitive information and signing an NDA before starting any client relationship, ensuring your data’s confidentiality and security.
Can I hire an entire team?
Yes, you can. Please contact our sales team for more details if you are interested in hiring a full team.
What if I have additional work that exceeds the parameters of my original plan?
You can either switch to a higher plan, or we can accommodate additional work on an ad-hoc basis, billed hourly.
If I do not utilize the full hours included in my plan, will they be carried forward?
No, unutilized hours will not be carried forward to the next billing period.
What type of remote communication and productivity tools do you use?
Yes, you will receive a referral bonus if your referral results in a new client signing up with us. For more details about the referral perks, please have a chat with our sales team.
Do I get a referral bonus if I refer a business to you and they sign up?
We use Slack and Clique for instant messaging and Zoho for screen shares. Meetings are conducted via Zoom. For project management, we utilize platforms like Monday, Trello, Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, and Zoho Projects. We also use Loom for tutorials and feedback.
