How do we work virtually?
Thanks to the Internet, working virtually has never been easier. We manage your tasks, projects, and files using a project management system (PMS). Most communication takes place within this PM system, supplemented by weekly or monthly progress calls.
Clients pay 100 percent in advance for each billing cycle. Payments are monthly pre-payments due before the 5th of each month. Our contracts typically run for a period of 6 months unless otherwise agreed upon with the client
We use time-tracking software to ensure every task is meticulously tracked to the minute. You will have access to this data and receive a comprehensive timesheet report at the end of every month.
Once you have signed the contract, we’ll provide you with a link to schedule an onboarding session. In this session, we’ll familiarize you with our PM tool and outline the tasks for the month.
